Welcome to FES Nepal

The last fifteen years have seen tremendous changes in the life of the people in Nepal. Democracy was re-introduced, the number of civil society organizations has grown dramatically. Many international institutions have come to Nepal to assist its efforts in bringing about prosperity, improving human rights conditions and consolidation of democracy.

Friedrich Ebert Foundation of Germany is one of the international non-governmental organizations in Nepal. It is proud to be part of the Nepalese development process.
